How do I change or reset my password?

If you would like to change your password, follow these steps:

1. Go to your Level News Settings

2. Under the “Account” section and next to the password field, select  “Change"

3. Enter your current password, along with the new password you would like to use into the respective fields and select "Change Password"

If you've forgotten your password and cannot sign into Level News: 

1. Go to Level News Settings

(if you're automatically signed in after clicking that link, click the "Sign Out" button before following the next steps)

2. Select “Forgot Password?” and follow the instructions

3. Go to your email inbox and you will receive an email with the subject line:  Level News Password Reset.

(if you cannot find the email, check your spam folder)

4. Click the "Reset Password" button inside the email and follow the instructions.
